Commish K's Survivor League ("the league") is a private NFL survivor pool operated at commishk.xyz. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, and authentication provider details when you sign in (email/password, magic link, or Google).
- League activity: picks, entries, standings, and commissioner notes needed to run the pool.
- Technical data: standard server logs from our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Supabase), such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- Authenticate players and maintain league accounts.
- Record picks, calculate standings, and display league results.
- Send login, magic-link, password-reset, and Sunday pick-reminder emails via Resend.
- Operate and secure the site.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to run the league:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Google — optional sign-in with Google (only if you choose that login method).
Data retention and deletion
League data is kept for the duration of the season and reasonable archival period afterward. To request account deletion, contact the league commissioner.
